1-Physical Bullying
Physical bullying is included among the basic categories of bullying and it involves the use of the physical force. This type of bullying basically prevalent in the academic institution and considered the most obvious form of bullying. Usually, the physical bullies want to be stronger, bigger and more aggressive than their fellows and they use physical actions to gain control and power over the victims, shoving, hitting, kicking, punching all are examples of physical bullying.
2-Emotional Bullying
Another most famous and obvious category of bullying is the "emotional bullying" and it is also known as "relational aggression". The act of an aggressor that attacks a victim on an emotional level is called the emotional bullying. Emotional bullies are found everywhere in almost every family who love to spread the rumors, refuse to talk to some dear one, make the statement with the intention of hurting other's feelings.
3-Verbal Bullying
On the number three, I am going to discuss another basic type of bullying and that is the "verbal bullying". The verbal bullies usually try to upset the victims verbally by teasing and taunting, and they are also found everywhere for disturbing the sensitive people. The verbal bullies mostly attack the intellect, individual appearance, skin color, caste, religion, ethnicity etc and hurt their victims by harsh comments.
4-Disability Bullying
Disability Bullying is basically included in the sub-types of bullying and also very obvious in our society. It is considered a very heinous type of bullying in which the bullies specifically focus on the people with disability, in other words, they want to hurt that one who are already in intense pain. The target in disability bullying is basically the physically disabled persons but those individuals who are born with some special conditions are also the target of disability bullying.
5-Cyber Bullying
Another most obvious sub-type of bullying that is a very obvious form of bullying is the "cyber bullying". In the modern world, it is considered the most prominent type of bullying and it can be defined as a form of bullying that basically incorporates the use of modern technology. Cyber bullies mostly use the internet, cell phone and other technology to threaten, harass, target or embarrass another person by posting hurtful images, sending hurtful texts or emails and making online threats.
6-Parental Bullying
Among the famous and most prominent sub-types of bullying, the "parental bullying" is also included. It is fastly growing in our society in this modern age and considered the very harmful type of bullying for the sensitive kids. In parental bullying, the parents displace their frustration, anger and tensions on their children and this type of bullying may be the sub-type of physical or emotional bullying.
7-Prejudicial Bullying
On the number seven, I am going to tell you about another prominent type of bullying that is the "prejudicial bullying". This type of bullying is basically based on the contemptuous prejudices towards the people of different religions, races and classes. This type of bullying is considered very severe and worst because it can open the door of hatred and distinction between the people of different races and religions.
8-Relational Bullying
Relational Bullying is basically included in the sub-types of bullying and also very obvious in our society. The relational bullying may be described as that type of bullying in which the bullies try to hurt somebody's social standing or reputation. The element of jealousy is obvious behind this type of bullying, and relational bullies want to tease their victims by making the society against them.
9-Legal and Prison Bullying
This type of bullying basically realted to the legal system and also very obvious in our society. In legal bullying, the bullies try to punish and control an organization or an individual. The victims of legal bullying may be bombarded by great number of lawsuits by the legal bullies and a lot of resources and time of victims are wasted, dealing with the lawsuits, in prison bullying the penal institutions are filled with those individuals.
In the last, we will include another very henious and obvious form of bullying that is the sexual bullying. This type of bullying basically consists of humiliating and embarassing actions that make a person target sexually and girls are often the main target of sexual bullying. The sexual bullies usually disturb the victims by uninvited touching, sexual name-calling, vulgar comments and gestures and severe cases the sexual assault.
