She is basically a former Chief of Staff of Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva and a famous Brazilian politician and economist. Since 1st January 2011, she has been serving as the President of Brazil. She is performing her presidential duties very well and has achieved 79% personal approval rating, reduction of taxes in the consumer basket's products and in the energy bill but now her fame is declining gradually.

He is the 1st African American, who is performing the presidential duties in America and also the member of the Democratic party. Barack Obama has taken many steps to strengthen the law, to get rid of unemployment and tax relief, he has also ended the U.S. military involvement in Iraq War.
7-David Cameron
David Cameron, born on 09 October 1966, is considered the seventh most performing political leader of the world 2015. He is basically a British politician and since 2010, he has been serving as the Prime Minister of the United Kingdom.
