Usually, people ignore the fact that guide books are made just to inform you about travels, not to explain them completely, that's why those start their travelling, just relying on guide books completely face a great number of problems. You should also interact with other travelers and try to explore the places yourself.

Budgeting research is really very important and helpful in almost every step of your life but for a good experience of traveling, its importance is more increased. With the help of budgeting research, you are able to get a rough idea of exact cost that you will have to spend during your travels. Those who go on their travels without knowing the exact costs usually face the problem of shortage of money and destroy all the fun and enjoyment of their travels.
5-Blindly Trusting the Directions You Get From a Single Local Person
When we intend to visit any place for the first time, then we should be more careful because our carelessness can be harmful to us. It is observed that mostly the first time travelers, who have no experience of visiting this place before, start following the directions that they get from the locals. Do not show laziness during traveling and get information from more than one person, because the information given by a single person is not valid.

In fact, we may lead a life without tensions and worries if we get rid of laziness and carelessness. Most of us are habitual of keeping all the travel documents and reservations without checking them properly and such people face a great number of problems during their travels, so try to spend a little in checking these documents.
7-Missing Flights Due to Not Booking Enough Connection Time Between Flights
I could not understand till now that why people are in so much hurry during their travels, they want to visit so many places, to enjoy so many things at a single time but in fact in this haste, they only waste. The travelers do a great mistake by booking the connecting flights with a very short transit time, and that's why they miss their flights and face very tension. You should give yourself more than two hours between flights.
8-Making a Large Currency Exchanges
Mostly our simple fellows who are habitual of doing every job without any proper planning, face many difficulties and problems during travels. They usually not waste their time on the boring things like budgeting research and spend their money on useless things such as currency exchanges. You should have enough currency with you that you are able to get to the first ATM. Do not waste all your money by using the airport exchange kiosks, that have very horrible rates.
9-Not Buying Insurance
Some people want to visit the whole world but without spending a single penny, but such people should keep in mind that it is possible only in dreams. When you plan to travel you must have enough money with you in order to spend on important things. Buying insurance is also very important, but mostly the people neglect it for saving their few dollars and time. But you should remember that spending a few dollars will give you a feeling of more secure travel.
10-Having Unrealistic Expectations
On number ten, I am going to share with you another mistake that we do during our travels, and it is "Having Unrealistic Expectations". Do not expect that during travel, everything will be as perfect and best as you think. So, do not pack your mind with unrealistic expectations but be realistic and ready to face all unexpected things and mishappening during travels, this will save you from depression.
